Xây dựng khung đánh giá năng lực sáng tạo nội dung số cho sinh viên sư phạm mầm non dựa trên quy trình thiết kế kĩ thuật (EDP)

In the context of educational digital transformation, the Digital Competency Framework for Learners (Circular 02/2025/TT-BGDĐT) identifies digital content creation as a core competency for preschool pedagogy students, but training practice still lacks assessment tools suitable for the disciplinespecific characteristics. The study applied the Engineering Design Process (EDP) to develop an assessment framework, specifically an analytic rubric, consisting of 08 criteria corresponding to the 08 stages of the EDP. Preliminary testing at Bac Ninh teacher training College showed high internal reliability, good feasibility, and was rated by students as clear and useful. The research results affirm that the EDP model is an effective approach for assessing complex digital content creation competency while simultaneously supporting the development of design thinking and professional reflection. In the coming time, the study will be expanded through large-scale trials and the development of an assessment and self-assessment toolkit for students and practicing preschool teachers.
