Tóm tắt

Internationalization of curriculum (IoC) is one of the key approaches in the process of internationalization of higher education, which has been accelerated in many countries, with significant changes in its role, objectives and operating methods. In order to construct an overview of publications on IoC, this study employs the bibliometric method with Scopus Dataset to examine research volume, geographical distribution, prominent authors and trending topics. The results indicate a substantial increase in the number of publications in the last decade, diversified contributions of authors from 59 countries with top 10 from developed ones. The recent trending topics include “domestic internationalization” and “cultural competences”. In summary, the topic is a potential research matter, and future researchers can use this study as a starting point when investigating relevant subjects.
