Mô hình trung tâm học tập suốt đời ở Hàn Quốc và một số đề xuất cho Việt Nam

In the current context, lifelong learning is not only the concern of national governments but has become a need for every individual. South Korea is also one of the countries that pays attention to and invests quite methodically in lifelong education, and has specific guidelines and policies to promote lifelong education. This article explores lifelong learning centers in South Korea regarding establishment, functions, and management organization. Subsequently, the article offers some comments and suggestions for developing continuing education in Vietnam to meet individual lifelong learning needs and keep up with this development trend in the world. Through the research on the South Korean Lifelong Learning Center model, it is shown that this model has many similarities with the models of Continuing Education Centers, Vocational Education Centers - Continuing Education (Continuing Education establishments) in Vietnam; therefore, Continuing Education in Vietnam can study and learn from South Korea’s experience.
