In the context of rapid digital transformation, schools in Vietnam are undergoing significant changes in their institutional culture. This article provides an overview of some important studies on school culture in the context of digital transformation, thereby outlining directions for building positive school cultures amidst digital transformation globally and in Vietnam. Research results indicate that digital transformation in schools encompasses various aspects, including the integration of technology into educational practices, changes in teaching methods, and shifts in student behaviors and expectations. Therefore, understanding the impact of digitization on school culture is crucial for teachers, educational administrators, and policymakers.
