The role of leadership goes beyond just management; it involves fostering development, innovation, and, importantly, motivating students. Among the various leadership styles, transformational leadership is particularly influential in enhancing students' motivation to learn. This article aims to measure the impact of transformational teacher leadership on student motivation at Nguyen Tat Thanh University. Using R software to analyze and visualize dynamic data, the study examines the key components of transformational leadership. The results showed a high level of awareness of transformational leadership among faculty. At the same time, regression analysis indicated a significant positive correlation between transformational leadership and student motivation. These results highlight the important influence of faculty transformational leadership in enhancing learner motivation. The study also demonstrates the effectiveness of R and RStudio as a powerful tool for data analysis and reproducible studies. This article proposes that educators should integrate the practice of transformational leadership to create learning environments that inspire and engage students, with the goal of improving educational outcomes.
