Tóm tắt

From exploring the issues of counseling and supporting students at the start of primary education level, such as the concept of counseling and support, views on the subjects being consulted and supported in school, the article examines the current situation of counseling and supporting elementary schoolers in studying Vietnamese Language at a number of primary schools in Ho Chi Minh City, thereby proposing the main content of counseling and supporting for early primary school students in learning Vietnamese Language with the focus on preventive and interventional activities. The article also proposes several consulting and supporting methods such as conversation, visualization, persuasion,...; some skills to advise and support children in learning Vietnamese Language such as listening, asking questions, giving feedback, understanding, and guiding. Most importantly, the article proposes the approach to develop a counseling and supporting plan and integrate that plan into the teaching plan and lesson plan to ensure equality in education, meeting the goals of the General Education program 2018.
