Public-Private Partnership (PPP) is a collaboration between public and private organizations to implement projects beneficial for both parties and society, with the public side typically representing the government or local authorities while the private side includes businesses, investors, non-profit organizations, and individuals. In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, entrepreneurship has become a popular trend and is encouraged at universities. However, entrepreneurship is not an easy endeavor, especially considering the financial constraints faced by students. To explore the factors influencing public-private partnerships in entrepreneurship at various universities and colleges in Ho Chi Minh City and some neighboring provinces, a survey was conducted with 350 faculty members, administrators, and students. The article emphasizes the importance of public-private partnerships, highlighting the opportunities and challenges in collaborative entrepreneurial projects aimed at education 4.0. Based on the survey findings, the article proposes solutions to develop this relationship in the entrepreneurial projects of Vietnamese students amidst the current circumstances.
