Mô hình ra quyết định chiến lược với sự hỗ trợ của trí tuệ nhân tạo theo quan điểm của nhà quản lí giáo dục
Tóm tắt
All over the world, many higher education institutions have successfully implemented strategic decision-support models to optimize management processes, meeting labor market demands, and enhancing teaching quality. This paper explores strategic decision-support models for educational managers in higher education, focusing on the challenges and opportunities associated with implementing these models. A systematic review following the PRISMA methodology was employed to select and analyze relevant studies from the Scopus database. Additionally, the VOSviewer software was used to perform a keyword network analysis, identifying key themes and research trends in the field. The results of the study indicate that decision-support models based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and big data analytics have been successfully implemented in many higher education institutions worldwide. Key success factors include robust technological infrastructure, the technological proficiency of educational leaders, and the flexibility of the models. However, the study also highlights the challenges educational managers face also discusses international experiences in implementing decision-support systems and proposes solutions for adapting these models to the Vietnamese educational context.
