Digital transformation is of great concern of our society because it has an extensive impact on all walks of life. A lot of traditional methods have to be changed and give way to new ones brought about by digital transformation. Science and technology boom, a strong international integration trend and the digital transformation policy in education department have impacted cognitive changes, actions and mission performance of all education and training agencies, especially the core force - the teacher. This article addresses the development of the training program in applying technology credit in teaching at Bac Ninh training college with the aim of forming and developing digital literacy for students. The study demonstrates the need for many changes to adapt, including the task of developing training programs so that the outputs meet the requirements of practice at each teacher training institution.
