Phát triển năng lực số cho giảng viên đại học trong bối cảnh hội nhập: nghiên cứu trường hợp tại Trường Đại học Nguyễn Tất Thành

In today's digital age, fostering digital competencies for lecturers at universities has become extremely necessary. Mastering digital skills and technologies not only helps teachers interact effectively with students, but also helps create rich and creative learning environments. At the same time, digital competency is also an important factor for lecturers to be able to research and apply advanced teaching methods, from using online platforms to data analysis to personalize students’ learning process. This article presents the current status of digital competencies of lecturers at Nguyen Tat Thanh University through a survey on 4 component lecturer competencies, thereby proposing a number of digital competencies developing measures for lecturers at Nguyen Tat Thanh University in the context of integration. The research result serves as a reference in implementing digital competency development activities for lecturers at higher education institutions.
