Xây dựng chuẩn đánh giá năng lực sinh học trong Chương trình giáo dục phổ thông 2018

The General Education Curriculum issued by the Ministry of Education and Training in 2018 has been implemented since 2020. The updated curriculum encompasses various basic and comprehensive innovations, especially the competency-based teaching approach. However, there has been a lack of complete and comprehensive research on the development of assessment standards regarding learners’ competences and qualities in general and standards for assessing biological competencies in particular. In this paper, the authors focus on a number of issues that serve as the theoretical basis for proposing the 4-step procedure to develop learners’ biological competency standards at the high school level. Based on the procedure, the researchers developed Biological competency assessment standards at high school level. In this article, some illustrative examples of biological competency standards in grade 10 and 11 are also presented.
