All activities in the school are aimed at improving teaching quality. In particular, the activities of the professional team play a decisive role in the development of the school in particular and the development of education in general, and are a direct decisive factor in teaching quality. Research on the current status of professional group activities in secondary schools in Di An City, Binh Duong province shows that professional group activities at schools have achieved positive results, but there are still problems. There are many limitations, especially the issue of innovating the form of professional group activities to meet the innovation requirements of the General Education Program. This situation is the basis for proposing management measures to improve the effectiveness of professional groups at secondary schools in the study area.
