Kĩ năng lắng nghe thấu cảm của lãnh đạo doanh nghiệp: Nghiên cứu trên địa bàn Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh
Tóm tắt
Empathic listening is not merely a common communication skill but also a strategic management tool that helps leaders gain deeper insights into employees' needs, desires, and emotions. This skill contributes to building trust, improving employee satisfaction, and creating a positive working environment - key factors that determine a business's sustainability. In addition to theoretical research, this article presents the current state of empathic listening skills among business leaders in Ho Chi Minh City. Based on a survey conducted with 141 business leaders, the results show that the level of empathic listening skills is generally rated as “Fairly Good.” Among the assessed factors, the element of “Presence” was rated higher than both verbal and non-verbal communication aspects. This finding serves as a basis for proposing measures to enhance empathic listening skills among business leaders in the studied area, thereby improving leadership effectiveness and organizational success.
