Tóm tắt

In the context of integration and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, creating a support network to help teachers engage in learning communities is essential for their continuous professional development. Based on analysis of several studies on learning communities and the current state of teacher learning communities, this article proposes a model for a support network that facilitates teachers' participation in such communities. The model is identified by the components involved in the network, the process of building the network, and the conditions necessary for establishing the support network for teachers. The conclusion emphasizes that building this support network not only helps teachers improve their professional skills but also fosters a collaborative and sustainable learning environment, meeting the demands of educational innovation.
