Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng tới môi trường số tích hợp giáo dục vì sự phát triển bền vững trong đào tạo giáo viên tại Việt Nam

Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) aims to foster comprehensive competencies that enable learners to address global challenges and contribute to the balance among environmental integrity, economic viability, and social equity. In the context of digital transformation, this study seeks to identify and analyze the key factors influencing the integration of ESD within digital learning environments (DE4ESD) for teacher education in Vietnam. Using document analysis and theoretical synthesis, the study proposes a six-factor framework encompassing educational policy and institutional context, teacher competence, digital infrastructure and resources, learning culture, pedagogical models, and assessment and feedback systems. The findings highlight the critical interplay between technical and non-technical elements in shaping effective DE4ESD implementation. This six-factor framework provides a theoretical foundation for future quantitative research and empirical validation in teacher education for sustainable development.
