Today, it’s a common trend in education to shift from knowledge transmission to learners’ competencies development, with manifold teaching methods and forms, to fulfil the needs of learning anytime, anywhere and lifelong learning. Blended learning based on experiential learning is one of the teaching approaches that satisfy the needs and goals of modern education. The article presents an overview of existing literature on Blended learning based on experiential learning, including: concept, characteristics and a proposed process of organizing Blended learning based on experiential learning within the disciplines of electrical and electronic technology and engineering, contributing to improving the quality of teaching specialized subjects and developing learners’ competencies.
