Tóm tắt

Internal quality assurance (IQA) is an important element of higher education. Many universities across the world have successfully developed and implemented IQA models, which have contributed to improving the quality of teaching, learning, management and transparency. This research was conducted to investigate different IQA models that have been developed and implemented around the world. As IQA systems in many Vietnamese universities are still at the nascent stage, this research will be useful reference resources for them. Therefore, this study focuses on analysing IQA models implemented in higher education to propose recommendations for Vietnamese universities.
