In the context of digital transformation that is deeply affecting all areas of life, the competency to organize integrated activities of preschool teachers has become an urgent requirement to effectively implement the Preschool education program in the direction of comprehensive, flexible development, linked to practice and technology. The results of the survey on the current status and competence to organize integrated activities for preschool teachers in Viet Tri city, Phu Tho province in the context of digital transformation today show that teachers have a good foundation in designing integrated activities but are still clearly limited in using digital technology to support classroom organization and assessment of children's learning outcomes. From there, the study proposes four key groups of solutions: practice-oriented specialized training; building a library of sample learning materials; developing a professional learning community at school; and strengthening the connection between training institutions, schools and management agencies. Solutions aimed at developing professional capacity for preschool teachers, in line with the requirements of educational innovation in the digital transformation period.
