Digital competence for educators is a topic of growing interest to policymakers and education researchers. The study also synthesizes popular sets of digital competence assessment or digital competency frameworks used in Vietnam and around the world. The research results not only contribute to deepening the theoretical basis for studies related to digital competence for educators but also provide managers and policymakers with a practical background when making professional training plans for teachers as well as related policies.
