The development of school culture is a task of particular concern to the Vietnamese Communist Party and State, even a central task of training institutions in the context of educational innovation. The content of school culture needs to be considered and synthesized from the cultural development of all elements in the school: teachers, learners, educational management forces and behavioral relations between the members and forces. It is both the content and the result of building school culture. The article examines the actual implementation of the basic contents of school culture at Long An College of Education. The results show that: the administrators, lecturers and students rated the results of the implementation of the basic contents of school culture at an average to good level. In other words, the implementation of the basic contents of school culture at the school was still limited to students, lecturers and educational management forces. Therefore, the building of school culture at Long An College of Education needs to be implemented more thoroughly along with key measures to improve the results of the implementation of the basic contents of school culture in terms of both quality and effectiveness.
