Ứng dụng công nghệ in 3D trong dạy học khái niệm “Hình hộp chữ nhật” (Toán 7)

3D printing technology is increasingly developing and popular in many fields. For mathematics education, using this technology brings many practical effects such as promoting active learning and developing mathematical competences for students; concepts and abstract properties of mathematics can be expressed visually, explicitly and can be touched by the learners' own senses. This study designed a teaching situation for the concept of “Rectangular Box” (Math 7) with the support of 3D printing technology. The results showed that students formed concepts as well as were more active in the learning process when using 3D printing technology, while developing the competence to solve mathematical problems and the competence to use tools and means of learning mathematics.
