In the knowledge economy and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, quality culture plays a particularly important role in the construction and development of schools. The article introduces and analyzes a number of studies related to the development of quality culture by domestic and foreign authors, surveys and analyzes the current situation of the development of the content of quality culture in secondary schools facilities, including academic environment, social environment, humanistic environment, cultural environment, and natural environment. The survey results of the staff of administrators, teachers and students at a number of public secondary schools in Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh City serve as a basis to help managers continue to complete the implementation plans to improve and develop the school's quality culture in the current context. Although the initial target audience of this research product is the secondary schools of Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, they can be well applied for self-assessment and building solutions that develop quality culture in secondary schools in other areas.
